Payments & Gift Certificates
Our Payment Policies
- We accept checks, credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), and PayPal.
- All fees are due and payable on the date of service.
- Corporate invoicing is available for multi-unit properties, realtors & property management companies.
- 2-Hour minimum for most service calls (4-hour minimum for travel over 20 miles).
- Cancellation fee of $40 for less than 24 hours notice.
- Returned check fee of $50.
- Tips are very much appreciated as a recognition of superior service :)
- Please note that all shifts include a short break, as required by law, and also a few minutes for greeting/set-up time. Thank you!

Our Service Guarantee
- Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific cleaning results within a certain time-frame, because this will be determined by the initial condition of the home and the scope of the work requested.
- We do guarantee our "process". If you, our customer, schedule and pay for 4 hours of cleaning time, for example, we can guarantee that our employee will give you a solid 4 hours of cleaning time (minus reasonable set-up time and a legally-required break).
- During our time in your home, we will follow your stated cleaning priorities. If no priorities are given, we will use our best judgment as to the rooms and items which most need to be cleaned.
- If you feel for any reason that you did not get the cleaning time that you scheduled and paid for, or if we did not follow your stated instructions, we will offer a credit, a discount, or some uncharged cleaning time in response.
- Please let us know immediately if you feel that an employee did not work for the entire agreed upon time, or if they did not follow your stated instructions.
